Current Processing Times for made-to-order:

Typically, when ordering more than 2 sets, it will take 2-10 days depending on how many you order & the Length of the hair 🙂

Where do you ship from?

Everything you see here on my site ships from my studio here in Arizona, USA!

This is for Brandi Only, DO NOT purchase unless otherwise discussed.

The Details:

This is for a custom Fringe piece that will have thicker wispy bangs to match the brown and blonde in your hair ^_^
They will be 100% human hair so you can even color and style them♥

Each piece is hand colored and crafted in my studio♥
This gives superior quality control as I personally color each strand to the best standard possible with my years of experience creating and coloring hair pieces. (Since 2004!)

Returns

As some of you know, I've been creating these hair accessories since '04, selling them on different sites such as Amazon, Mercari, Poshmark, etc.
Since 2020, I've gathered all my awesome work here in one spot for you to enjoy, complete with easier navigation and checkout options!

Each hair piece is hand colored and crafted in my studio♥
Each strand is colored to the best standard possible with my years of experience creating and coloring hair pieces!

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

I understand choosing colors through a screen may cause a lapse in judgment, so you're allowed to take the hair out of the package.
Do not remove ribbons to be eligible for return.
Due to hygienic reasons, only hair extensions that have not been tampered with will be accepted for exchange/return.

Anything returned with hair being tampered with will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee and/or your products will be returned to you.

Hair extensions are a hygienic product.
I take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow tampered items to be returned.

All Subscriptions, Tools, Jewelry/Accessories, Wigs, Custom Orders and Ponytails are final sale products and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, email me within 7 days of the day of delivery provided by tracking.

In your email, include images of damaged/incorrect items and a description incident if applicable (Damaged on Arrival)

Upon receipt of your email, I will respond promptly to send your return label if applicable, and/or details of the claim for USPS.

Any returns MUST be sent with tracking.
Refund will only be granted with a return being sent with tracking.
I provide you with a return label, so please utilize it.

For international returns/exchanges:
Also, specify on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES”.
Your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international.

Products must be returned in the condition they were sent including the box your item was shipped in. Anything that is not sent in original condition with original packaging, is subject to a 30-50% restocking fee for anything returned without original packaging, damaged and/or used

Cancellations:
I do my best to process orders immediately, in most instances I ship the same or the next day (Typically within 24 hours of the order being placed).
Therefore, you must cancel or edit your order as soon as possible.
Otherwise, your order may have begun being processed/shipped.

If your order has already begun processing, you may not cancel or edit your order.

If you are eligible to cancel your order, due to used materials, forced package stops, and other costs, orders that are canceled within more than 3 hours of being placed may be subject to a 30% fee that will be deducted from your refund.
