Refund policy
I accept returns/exchanges for items damaged/lost during transit or if incorrect items have been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email me within 7 days of the day of delivery provided by tracking.
In your email, include images of damaged/incorrect item and description of incident. Upon receipt of your email, i will respond promptly to send your return label if applicable and/or details of claim for USPS.
If a replacement item is not available, I will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping.
Cancellations:
I do my best to ship orders immediately, most instances I ship same or next day (Typically within 24 hours of order being placed). Therefore, you must cancel or edit your order as soon as possible. Otherwise, your order may have begun being processed/shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you may not cancel or edit your order.
If you are eligible to cancel your order, due to used materials, forced package stops and other costs, orders that are cancelled may be charged with a 30% fee that will be deducted from your refund.
