As some of you know, I've been creating these hair accessories since '04, selling them on different sites. Now, I've gathered all my awesome work in one spot for you to enjoy, complete with easier navigation and checkout options!

While we strive to ship most orders same or next day, please note that during high volume times, processing may take up to two weeks before your order is shipped.

Current Processing Times:

1-7 days For all clip ins &most Bundles.
Anything Longer than 18" or multiple quantity orders may take up to 21 days

1-7 days For Most Custom Orders.
Anything Longer than 18" or multiple quantity orders may take up to 21 days

1 days - 14 Days for Tape ins& I-Tips
Anything Longer than 18" or multiple quantity orders may take up to 21 days

Clear Out Deals & Wigs Ship Same/Next day.

I'm currently fulfilling any clear out deals separately from made to order items for your convenience so if you order something that is made to order with clear out deals, you may receive them in two separate shipments for the same order.

 

Returns

Due to hygienic reasons, only hair extensions that have not been tampered with will be accepted for exchange.
I understand choosing colors through a screen may cause a lapse in judgment which is why you're allowed to take the hair out of the package. DO NOT remove ribbons to eligible for return. Anything returned with hair being tampered with, will be subject to a 70% restocking fee or your products will be returned to you.

Hair extensions are a hygienic product. 
I take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW tampered items to be returned for the safety of everyone.

I also accept returns/exchanges for items damaged/lost during transit or if incorrect items have been shipped.

**All Tools, Jewelry/Accessories, Wigs, Custom Orders and Ponytails are final sale products and will not be accepted for return or exchange**

**All Hair care products are final sale, no returns or exchanges.**

Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email me within 14 days of the day of delivery provided by tracking.

Any returns MUST be sent with tracking.
Refund will not be granted without return being sent with tracking.

For international returns/exchanges:
Also, specify on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES”.
Your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international.

In your email, include images of damaged/incorrect item and description of incident.  Upon receipt of your email, i will respond promptly to send your return label if applicable and/or details of claim for USPS.

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after I have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not tampered with.

For all other products, they must also be returned in condition sent.
Otherwise, a 30-70% restocking fee applies to anything returned without original packaging, damaged and/or used;
Anything that is not sent in original condition with original packaging, are subject to a 30-70% restocking fee.

Cancellations:
I do my best to ship orders immediately, most instances I ship same or next day (Typically within 24 hours of order being placed). Therefore, you must cancel or edit your order as soon as possible.
Otherwise, your order may have begun being processed/shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you may not cancel or edit your order.

If you are eligible to cancel your order,  due to used materials, forced package stops and other costs, orders that are cancelled may be charged with a 30% fee that will be deducted from your refund.
