⭐Orders placed before 3 PM MST are prepared for next‑day pickup or shipping.
⭐Orders placed after 3 PM MST will be processed the following day.
Catering Orders
⭐Small Catering Orders (Over 3 dozen Cookies/Treats) Please place your order at least 3 days in advance.
⭐Large Catering Orders (Over 6 dozen Cookies/Treats) Please place your order at least 7 days in advance.

As some of you know, I've been creating these hair accessories since '04, selling them on different sites such as Amazon, Mercari, Poshmark, etc.
Since 2020, I've gathered all my awesome work here in one spot for you to enjoy, complete with easier navigation and checkout options!
Each hair piece is hand colored and crafted in my studio♥
Each strand is colored to the best standard possible with my years of experience creating and coloring hair pieces!
Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
All products are final sale products and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If Damaged on Arrival:
In your email, include images of damaged/incorrect items and a description of incident if applicable (Damaged on Arrival)
Upon receipt of your email, I will respond promptly to send your return label if applicable, and/or details of the claim for USPS.
Any returns MUST be sent with tracking.
Refund will only be granted with a return being sent with tracking.
I provide you with a return label, so please utilize it.
For international returns/exchanges:
Also, specify on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES”.
Your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international.
Products must be returned in the condition they were sent including the box your item was shipped in. Anything that is not sent in original condition with original packaging, is subject to a 30-50% restocking fee for anything returned without original packaging, damaged and/or used
Cancellations:
If you are eligible to cancel your order, due to used materials, forced package stops, and other costs, orders that are canceled within more than 3 hours of being placed may be subject to a 30% fee that will be deducted from your refund.
ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO 2.9% + USD $0.54 being deducted from ANY refunds for payment processing fees.
